What is a Celebrate.buzz Coffee Table Video Book?

It’s a physical book with an integrated video/audio player that plays your processed Celebration video automatically when the cover is opened. After you place your order, we build your book, safely packaging your creation along with a recharging cord, and ship it to you.

How long can I make my video?

Your book can fit approximately 1 hour of video. If you need more room, please send us an email at help@celebrate.buzz and we'll see if we can accommodate and let you know the cost.

How long will it take to process my order?

Each video book is unique. Typically, the creation process takes 2-3 days and orders are shipped the same day they are completed. We use USPS for shipping, so shipping time will vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Shipping outside of the US is $20 for the first book plus $5 per additional book.

How does a Celebrate.buzz video book recharge?

When the book is opened, the video immediately and automatically plays. The book should play for at least a full hour (so over three repetitions of a 20-minute video, for example) without charging. To recharge your Celebrate.buzz video book, simply plug the included USB cable into an outlet adapter or right into a computer. Wait 30-60 minutes and the book will be fully charged.

Do people need to have a computer or phone to enjoy the video book? Do they need Internet or WiFi?

No! Celebrate.buzz video books start playing the moment the cover is opened. The books do not need to be connected to technology in any way. Just like opening the cover of a book, everyone can watch your video book — no need for the Internet or WiFi connections to enjoy.

How can I control the playing and volume of my production?

Our video books are built with a set of easily accessible playback control buttons. Viewers can use them to increase and decrease the volume, reverse and fast-forward, and pause and restart playing, too.

How do I report a problem with my video book?

While our suppliers work to the highest standards, we do understand that issues can sometimes arise with any physical product. If you do have an issue, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at help@celebrate.buzz. We try to respond within one business day.

What are the technical specs of a Celebrate.buzz video book?

The player uses a 5" HD IPS screen with a resolution of 854x480. The book also integrates a USB-rechargeable battery which lasts for approximately one hour of playback, and a single speaker. Books with larger storage and playback screen sizes are available via special order.

What’s your return policy?

Our books are a custom product made just for you. This limits our ability to provide a refund. We will happily replace any book that has technical issues. If that occurs, please contact us at help@celebrate.buzz to receive return authorization.
